COLLECTING YOUR WINNINGS
Queen B's Poker is a cash-free venue. Prize pool payouts are made via bank transfer (either BSB and account number or PayID).
When you cash in any tournament at Queen B's Poker, visit the registration desk to supply your payout details. We require these every time you cash, even if we have paid you out before.
To comply with our Anti-Money Laundering & Counter Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) obligations, payouts can only be made to an account in the name of the player who cashes.
Payouts exceeding $5,000 require us to sight and record details from a valid photo ID document.
Our timeframes for processing payouts are as follows:
Weekly Tournament - Payout Timeframe 24 hours from end of tournament (expected receipt by end of next business day).
Special Event/Series Tournament - Payout Timeframe 48 hours from end of tournament (expected receipt by you - next business day).
If the Payout Timeframe above has elapsed, or you notice a mistake on your copy of the Payout Instruction slip, use the form below to contact us.
Messages requesting payment updates where the Payout Timeframe has not yet elapsed will not be responded to.
Requests to update banking details can only be honoured if they are received before payment has been processed.
Please note that we always strive to do payouts at our earliest convenience but sometimes due to a busy work schedule they may take a little longer than you are used to.
