PLAYER WELLBEING

VOLUNTARY SELF-EXCLUSION

Your wellbeing matters

Queen B's Poker provides poker tournaments as a social and entertainment activity. We recognise that participation involves a commitment of time and money, and that players may sometimes wish to take a break for personal, financial, or wellbeing reasons.

We support players in making their own decisions about participation and provide a voluntary, confidential self-exclusion process for anyone who wishes to temporarily or indefinitely exclude themselves from Queen B's Poker tournaments.

How to request self-exclusion

Players may request voluntary self-exclusion at any time and are not required to provide a reason. To request self-exclusion, please speak with a Queen B's Poker staff member at one of our events or contact us at play@queenbs.poker. A staff member will explain the process and assist you with completing the necessary documentation.

The minimum self-exclusion period is three months.

Read our policy

Our Player Wellbeing & Voluntary Self-Exclusion Policy explains how self-exclusion requests are managed, what happens during an exclusion, and the process for requesting reinstatement.
