The Wacky Mystery Bounty is a Mystery Bounty Tournament, with a Twist. The mystery bounty envelopes aren't just monetary values, they also include tournament advantages and penalties. A table is included at the bottom of the page, accompanied with a full list of possible monetary values, advantages and penalties all making for a fun and exciting mystery bounty tournament.

Mystery bounties will be brought in with 30 players remaining. When a player eliminates another player, the dealer will award them their opponent's bounty chip. As soon as a player has more than one bounty chip they will be asked to exchange it for a mystery bounty chest immediately. This is because some advantages and penalties take immediate effect on players still in the tournament. If a player fails to draw their mystery bounty/ies before they are eliminated they will forfeit all bounties and any future chest chances (and non-monetary envelopes will be removed equal to bounties forfeited). When a bounty is cashed in, the player will draw a bounty chest which will contain a monetary value bounty, advantage or penalty that will affect them in the tournament. Any advantages or penalties cards drawn by a player when pulling a mystery bounty must be kept visible on the table at all times so that they and their opponents are aware of their effects and when they might be in use. Monetary values will be paid out as a lump sum and with the player's tournament winnings if they have any after the player is eliminated from the tournament.

The tournament advantages will consist of but are not limited to the following advantages:

a) Add Average Stack - the current average stack amount of chips to your current stack (must be played immediately)

b) Seat/Table Change - Play this card to swap seats with any player in the tournament of your choosing.

c) Immunity - Player can void a hand they are involved in at any time before showdown. All chips in the pot will be returned to the player they came from.

d) Respawn - If eliminated, come back into the tournament for an average stack to the seat you were eliminated from.

e) Steal The Button - Steal the button for next hand (can be used at any time). This must be declared at the completion of the current hand. Then button will move one seat to your left as normal after the next hand when you are the dealer.

f) Win The Button - When the player wins a pot, they have the option to also win the button. (can be used twice)

g) New River Card - In a hand they are still in and before action on the river, the player has the option to replace the river card for a new river. The dealer will burn again and bring in a new river card from the top of the deck (no shuffling) the old river card will be returned to the muck.

h) Never Pay A Small Blind - For the remainder of the tournament after this card is pulled, the player no longer has to post a small blind.

i) Win With 7-2 Royalties - If the player wins a pot with the hole cards 7-2, the hand can be tabled and everyone dealt in that hand must pay the player one current big blind (this card does not expire and can. be acitvated an unlimited amount of times).

j) Run It Twice - If the player is all-in, they have the option to run it twice. (There will be two pots, if they win one board both players will split 50% of the pot). This card remains active until they lose both boards.

k) First Prize In A Beauty Pageant - All players at the table must pay the player 2 BB as per the current big blind (must be played immediately). If this eliminates a player then they are not required to pay up.

l) Ticket to the Final Table - (must be played immediately)

i. If drawn with more than 9 players remaining. The player's stack will be removed from the tournament and the player will return to the FT with (an average stack or their stack, whichever is greater) as the 9th player on final.

ii. If drawn with 9 or less players remaining. The player will add the average stack to their chipstack.

iii. If the player does not wish to be fast-tracked to final table (potentially because they want the chance to pull more bounties) they may choose to forfeit this advantage and just add the current average stack to their stack and remain in the tournament as normal.

The tournament penalties will consist of but are not limited to the following penalties and must be put into effect immediately:

a) Nit Tax - Pay a "Nit Tax" into the next pot on your table. "Nit Tax" is equal to three big blinds and antes in the next hand played as a 'splash pot'. The hand will be dealt and go straight to a flop with the SB and BB not having to post this hand and the button moving to the left next hand as normal. This player must continue to pay this until they win a pot, then the card is removed.

b) No Button/Cut-Off for a Level - The player's dealer button and cut-off positions will be auto-mucked for all of the next blind level. (This will be voided if drawn with less than 5 players remaining).

c) Lose 1/3 of your stack - Lose one third of your total stack to the TD. Rounded down to the lowest chip in play.

d) No Raising for an Orbit - For one orbit of the table the player is only allowed to check, call or fold until showdown.

e) 20 Minute Orbit - You must sit-out of the tournament for the 20 minutes. All of your hands will be folded until your 20 minute penalty is over. (If final table this will be adjusted to 5 hands).

f) Share Next Pot Win - The next pot the player wins will be split 50/50 with the shortest stack on the table.

g) One Card Face Up - The next hand that the player goes to the flop in, the dealer (staff) will choose one card from their hole cards to reveal face up to the rest of the table. The player must play the rest of that hand with that card exposed (hand is still live and winnable).

h) Pay the Short Stack Blinds - For the next orbit the player will pay the small and big blinds of the current shortest stack on their table.

i) Charity Work - Pay one big blind to each player at the table and thank them for all of their hard work in the tournament with a handshake.

j) Dealer Break - You will give the dealer on your table a break whilst they play your cards and you get in the dealer chair. The dealer will play your cards until either they lose a pot or 15 minutes is up, whichever happens first. If the dealer gets you out, Queen B's promises to pay you back one buy in as compensation!

Time Banks

Time Bank - Players have 30 seconds to act on their hand during this tournament. Each player is issued 2 x 30-second time bank chips when they enter the tournament, at each break all players will be topped up to 2 time banks to ensure no player is disadvantaged and an additional time bank is awarded to all remaining players upon reaching the final table.
Time Bank Procedure:

When a player faces action the dealer will begin a
30-second countdown timer. The dealer will clearly count down the last 5 seconds to act on this timer as a warning that time is running out.
If a player clearly has not acted before the countdown reaches zero:

One time bank chip
will be collected and the dealer will restart a new 30-second timer.
If the player
has no time bank chips remaining, their hand will be declared dead and their hand will be mucked.  Or if they're not facing aggressive action then they will be forced to check.
Time Bank Rulings:
It is the
player's responsibility to clearly announce or make their action.
In close situations where it is unclear whether the action was completed before time ran out, rulings will
favour the player.
If it is clear no action occurred before time expired, the appropriate penalty will be applied:
a time bank chip will be taken if available; otherwise, the hand will be mucked.
Time banks are not to be given to another player under any circumstance. Anyone caught doing so will be removed from the tournament and denied re-entry to the tournament. They are to be returned to the dealer when eliminated, players will be allocated 2 new time bank chips when they re-enter.
