Queen B’s Poker will be running our first every poker series June 4 - June 14 2026 and we’re excited to offer you the chance to join us. All positions are casual employee roles with superannuation and highly competitive pay rates. We’re committed to providing some of the best working conditions in Australian poker and building a strong, reliable team. Queen B's Poker processes pay every Monday. Overtime pay kicks in after working 10 hours in a day or 38 hours in a week.
We will be looking to offer Accomodation deals for staff. More information on what this will be is still to be determined.
Dealers
Key Details:
- Preference will be given to prospective staff with regular and dependable availability as well as experience and skill.
- Indicate your availability and let us know your past dealing experience.

Tournament Directors
We’re hiring professional Tournament Directors (TDs) to manage our series' tournaments. TDs are responsible for the running of a smooth and professionally run tournament using our CasinoWare system. We recognise the demands of this role and therefore aim to offer very competitive pay and working conditions.
Key Deatils:
- Valid TDA Accreditation and CasinoWare experience
- Preference will be given to TDs who work regularly at Queen B's Poker and TD's with the strongest experience. TD shifts can be supplimented with dealer shifts to help make a high earning series for everyone.

Bar Staff
We're looking for experienced bar staff to run drinks during our busy periods during feature series (Weekends and weeknights primarily). RSA is required. Poker knowledge, first aid training and barista experience are all highly desirable for this role.
Key Details:
- Must be able to make coffee using our barista coffee machine.
- Maintain a clean, friendly, and efficient service area. Some light cleaning duties also required.
- Interact positively with players.
- Act as an assistant to poker staff in a non-technical capacity
- Must have an RSA and practice responsible service.
