Game Information

1. Rules - All Queen B's Poker tournaments are governed by TDA Rules and Queen B's Poker House Rules.
2. Entry Fee - $250 buy-in ($200 to the prize pool and $50 admin fee)
3. Starting Information - Players begin with a 25,000 start stack and play for 2 hours on 300/500/500 blinds with unlimited re-entries until the end of the first break (approx. 5:20pm). The idea being that players enjoy 2 hours to build their stack before the blinds kick in. 25-minute blind levels begin after the first break. Reload tournaments are designed to give flexibility to players to play the tournament they want. Allowing players to buy re-entries and add-ons in multiple denominations suiting their bank roll and play style or even play for minimum buy-in fee, to have a chance at a big prize pool. Players start with 50 BB. When registration closes new players start with a 25 BB stack, however a start stack and a double add-on will have a 75 BB stack.
4. Breaks - 20-minute break after level 1, a 30-minute dinner break after level 6 and a 10-minute break after level 11. An optional extra 10-minute break may be given before the final table at the TD's Discretion.
5. Prize Pool - Queen B's guarantees $10,000 for 1st in this tournament. Queen B's Poker will make up any guaranteed prize pool shortfall with $AUD, NOT TICKETS. This tournament uses Queen B's Standard Payout Structure which can be found here. Please note that this is a regular tournament not a honey pot tournament. However, until the tournament reaches a total prize pool of $36,400, the honey pot payout table is used to calculate the prize pool and places paid after paying $10,000 to first, when the prize pool becomes greater than $36,400 the tournament uses the standard payout table. The prize pool distribution for this tournament is determined by the total number of entries and re-entries in the tournament. Add-ons are included in the prize pool but do not affect the number of paid positions.
6. Re-Entry - Re-entries are unlimited and may be purchased up until the end of the first break. Queen B's offers a discounted admin fee of $10 on all re-entries into this tournament as it is a re-entry heavy structure and we aim to keep the value with the players. When eliminated, players may purchase a single or double re-entry for either $110 ($100 to PP + $10 Admin Fee) = 25,000 chips or $210 ($200 to PP + $10 Admin Fee) = 50,000 chips. Players may re-enter an unlimited amount of times during the re-entry period. Players have the option to sacrifice their stack at the level 1 break and re-enter, so long as they re-enter for more chips than they are sacrificing (less than 25,000 or 50,000).
7. Add-ons - Add-ons may also be purchased during the first break. They are purchased with the TD at the registration desk.  Add-ons may be purchased as a single or double add-on for $50 = 25,000 chips or $100 = 50,000 chips.
   Add-on Procedure -  We recommend registering for add-ons at the beginning of the event, to save time during the break. Add-ons will be distributed to player's stacks before the commencement of Level 7 by the TD.
8. Time Bank - Players have 30 seconds to act on their hand during this tournament. Each player is issued 2 x 30-second time bank chips at the start of the event, with an additional time bank awarded upon reaching the final table.
   Time Bank Procedure: 
   When a player faces action, the dealer will allow 10 seconds to pass following the blind clock. After 10 seconds, the dealer will begin a 20-second countdown timer. The dealer will clearly count down the last 5 seconds to act on this timer as a warning that time is running out.
   If a player has not clearly acted before the countdown reaches zero:
   One time bank chip will be collected and the dealer will restart a new 30-second timer. 
   If the player has no time bank chips remaining, their hand will be declared dead and their hand will be mucked.
   Time Bank Rulings:
   It is the player's responsibility to clearly announce or make their action
   In close situations where it is unclear whether the action was completed before time ran out, rulings will favour the player.
   If it is clear no action occurred before time expired, the appropriate penalty will be applied: a time bank chip will be taken if available; otherwise, the hand will be mucked.
   Time banks are not to be given to another player under any circumstance. Anyone caught doing so will be removed from the tournament and denied re-entry to the tournament. They are to be returned to the dealer when eliminated, players will be allocated 2 new time bank chips when they re-enter.
   
9. Estimated Finish Time: 1:00am.

• All new players must present a valid photo ID (Driver Licence or Passport, verified digital forms are accepted).
• New players must provide mobile contact details and preferred banking details (BSB + Account Number). To help ensure the player will be paid out with ease.
• Queen B’s Poker is a CASHLESS venue – all prizes are paid via bank transfer within 24 hours. All entries are to be paid with PayID (fee free) or EFTPOS (fees apply).

Media Release

By registering and participating in Queen B’s Poker events, players consent to the use of their likeness for marketing and promotional purposes across Queen B’s Poker social media, website, streaming services, and printed materials. Final table players and winners agree to participate in photos posted publicly on our website and social media.
