Game Information

'Queen of the Hive' is a special one-off tournament to celebrate the King's Birthday public holiday. It is a nod to King of the Hill game modes.

At the start of this tournament one registered player will randomly be drawn and crowned our Queen of the Hive. If this player makes it to the final table they will automatically win 20% of the total prize pool. If any player knocks the 'Queen of the Hive' out of the tournament, that player will take the crown and become the new 'Queen of the Hive' and in the hot seat for winning 20% of the prize pool.

The current crowned Queen of the Hive will be moved to a new empty seat in the room after every 2 blind levels, to help ensure every player has an opportunity to become the Queen.

In the unlikely event of a split pot eliminating the Queen. We will flip a high card for the crown, ranking suits as follows; spades, hearts, diamonds, clubs.

1. Rules - All Queen B's Poker tournaments are governed by TDA Rules and Queen B's Poker House Rules.
2. Entry Fee - $120 buy-in ($100 to the prize pool and $20 admin fee)
3. Starting Information - Players begin with a 75,000 start stack and play 25 minute blind levels. Registration is open until the end of the level 8 break (approx. 3:00pm). The tournament begins with a 375 BB start stack, when registration closes new players start with a 25 BB stack.
4. Breaks - There is a 20 minute break after level 4 and 8, a 30-minute dinner break after level 13 and a 10-minute break after level 18. An optional extra 10-minute break may be given before the final table at the TD's Discretion.
5. Prize Pool - Queen B's Poker guarantees a $10,000 prize pool for this tournament. Queen B's Poker will make up any guaranteed prize pool shortfall with $AUD, NOT TICKETS. This tournament uses Queen B's Poker Standard Payout Table which can be found here. 
6. Re-Entry - Re-entries are unlimited for this tournament and may be purchased up until the end of the level 8 break. When eliminated, players may purchase a re-entry for $120 ($100 to PP + $20 Admin Fee) = 75,000 chips. Players with less than 75,000 chips have the option to sacrifice their stack at the level 8 break and re-enter for 75,000 chips.
7. Add-ons - Add-ons are not offered in this tournament.
8. Estimated Finish Time: 10:00pm.

Registration Requirements

• All new players must present a valid photo ID (Driver Licence or Passport, verified digital forms are accepted).
• New players must provide mobile contact details and preferred banking details (BSB + Account Number). To help ensure the player will be paid out with ease.
• Queen B’s Poker is a CASHLESS venue – all prizes are paid via bank transfer within 24 hours. All entries are to be paid with PayID (fee free) or EFTPOS (fees apply).

Media Release

By registering and participating in Queen B’s Poker events, players consent to the use of their likeness for marketing and promotional purposes across Queen B’s Poker social media, website, streaming services, and printed materials. Final table players and winners agree to participate in photos posted publicly on our website and social media.
